Smooth payment, delivery and service. I was pleased with the return and exchange process, I ordered a XL which was far too big, so returned the item for a L, and the process was hassle free and great service. However... I don't fully agree or understand the date timeline regarding returns, as in, wether its 14 days, from the date ordered or 14 days from when the customer receives the delivery.? If its from the ordered confirmation date, then there could be a considerable amount of time between ordered and delivered date, which gives the customer less time to return if a return is needed. In general though, a very good shopping experience and will purchase again.

Sleeves are a bit to tight and a bit to long, but everything else amazing!
