made of a nice, stretchy, thick material, arms are a really nice length too!. I wear a female 14-16 depending, ordered a large, could have gotten a medium, but very happy with the item!

if you're usually an L size you'll be fine with an L size ! I bought an XL as I normally wear L but my recent experience of internet T-shirts being a bit more snug made me err on the larger side , but no need in this case ! nonetheless it's the kind of shirt that's fine a bit baggy !
