Extended Christmas returns policy
We’ve extended our Christmas returns policy!
This means any order placed from the 1st November until Christmas can now be returned up until the 16th January 2017. Normal exclusions apply.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you do need to return an item to us, don’t panic!
Our easy returns service is fast and hassle free. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the reverse of your invoice, making sure to send it back to us with the goods you wish to return.
If you would like to exchange clothing or footwear for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in perfect condition (i.e. no animal hairs, marks or rips) and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We will cover postage costs incurred in sending out your exchanged item(s) to you on your first return. If you need to return any further items to us, you will be required to cover the relevant postage costs incurred.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, body jewellery, earrings, earphones or ear buds due to hygiene reasons.
If your order has been damaged in transit or is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch before returning it to us! We can be reached by email at email@example.com or phone (UK) 01263 713417, quoting your order number. Our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
