our aim to put things right as soon as humanly possible and with the minimum amount of fuss.
If you have reason to complain about the service we have provided or the products we have sold you please
register your complaint by either emailing us at our dedicated email address, which is
complaints@GrindStore.com, or call our customer service team. Our customer service line
is 0845 226 3235 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm GMT/BST).
We have a simple but comprehensive returns policy which means that most queries can be dealt with quickly
and easily either by email or over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond
within five working days either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of
the issue.
Our office is closed throughout the Christmas and new year period. Please make sure when contacting us that
you have your unique order reference number handy as we may not be able to trace orders without it.
