In 1981 the Stones completed their biggest and longest tour to date playing from 25 September through 19 December. On Jagger’s birthday, 26th July 2005, the band announced the name of “A Bigger Bang”, their most recent album. It reached number 2 in the UK and number 3 in the US. It spawned the single "Streets of Love" which reached the Top 15 in UK and Europe. Exile On Main St. was re-issued on 23 May 2010, and it stormed in at No. 1 in the UK charts, almost 38 years to the week after it first occupied that position.
