American rock band Paramore formed in 2004. Band members include Hayley Williams (lead vocals), Josh Farro (lead guitar/backing vocals), Jeremy Davis (bass guitar), Zac Farro (drums), and Taylor York (rhythm guitar). In 2005 they released their debut album All We Know Is Falling. This has gone on to sell over 400,000 copies. Paramore’s second album, “Riot”, has been extremely succesful and in its first week of release sold 44,000 copies in the US. It was certified platinum in the US and gold in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. The album featured four singles,"That's What You Get”, "Hallelujah", "Crushcrushcrush" and “Misery Business" reached number 17 in the UK singles chart. The band released their second live album in November 2008 which came with a bonus DVD featuring a the band’s perfomance at the Congress Theatre in Chicago on the The Final Riot! Tour. Their third studio album, “Brand New Eyes”,was released in September 2009 and it topped the charts in many countries across the world including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom, making it the band's highest charting album to date.
