American rock band, Linkin Park, have sold more than 50 million albums and won two Grammy awards. High school friends by Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, and Rob Bourdon formed Linkin Park in 1996. Chester Bennington (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Dave”Phoenix” Farrell (bass) and Joe Hahn (turntables, programming) joined before their debut release in 2000. “Hybrid Theory” was a huge mainstream success, entering into the top 10 in 8 countries. A Thousand Suns is the fourth studio album and was released in September 2010. The band is currently promoting the album through the A Thousand Suns Tour. Linkin Park have also had success with their side projects, Fort Minor and Dead By Sunrise.
