Bring Me The Horizon formed in Sheffield in 2004. Current band members are Oli Sykes, Lee Malia, Matt Kean, Matt Nicholls and Jona Weinhofen. The latter replaced original member Curtis Ward who left the band in 2009. The band released their debut album ‘Count Your Blessings’ in 2006 on the Visible noise label who are credited with discovering Lostprophets & Bullet for My Valentine to name but a few. Their 2nd Studio album ‘ Suicide Season’ saw a return to their previous metalcore roots. During this album release the band embarked on their first headlining US tour and they also went on to join the Kerrang/Relentless tour in the UK and the Taste Of Chaos tour in the US during 2009. There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret is the third full-length studio album released on October 5. The album's title is derived from a lyric on the first track "Crucify Me", which directly reads "There is a hell, believe me I've seen it. There is a heaven, let's keep it a secret". Despite reaching number 1 in Australia, the album's sales of 3,600 they gained to get there, is the lowest in the history of the ARIA charts. The album sold 20,200 in the US in its debut week, making it the fastest selling album released by the band.
